Biography

Dan graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2000 after earning his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 1997. Dan began his career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted and tried hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases. In 2005, he changed paths and began working for a civil litigation firm concentrating in medical malpractice and premises liability defense.

Dan joined DeVore Radunsky Miller Berger LLC in 2020 and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability litigation and insurance defense. He has experience representing small and large businesses, retail establishments, railroads, hospitals, physicians, and other businesses/professionals. He has participated in all aspects of the litigation process, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Dan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is also a member of the
Federal Trial Bar.
