Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense

We are looking for an associate with five (5) years of insurance defense experience to join the team. The ideal candidate is motivated, efficient, enjoys the practice of law and is eager to work in a collaborative office environment 5 days a week. JD with strong academic background and writing skills are required.

Associate Attorney – Real Estate

We are looking for a real estate associate with three to five (3-5) years of transactional experience to join the team. The ideal candidate must be a motivated, self-starter who is able to handle real estate closings independently. JD with strong academic background and writing skills are required.

Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join the team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Paralegal certificate preferred. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required.

Real Estate Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to join the team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Paralegal certificate preferred. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required.

  • Preparing real estate transaction documents
  • Preparing corporate documents and spreadsheets
  • Legal Research
  • Other duties as assigned

Part-time Office/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Office/Administrative Assistant to join the team for 20 hours/week. A solid ability to multitask will ensure your success in this dynamic role assisting our lawyers, paralegal, and office manager with legal and office clerical tasks. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a law firm, and strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required.
